OUR STORY
Primavento is a family winery, founded in 2013, inspired by the legacy of our Italian ancestors, who were dedicated to winemaking in the region of Las Marcas.
Our terroir, located in the town of Diaguitas, Elqui Valley, allows us to create excellent wines through an integrative and respectful vision of the environment. Primavento comes from the Italian primo vento, which translates into Spanish as “first wind.” With this name we refer to the terral: a warm wind that blows in the mornings in this area of the Elqui Valley. Terral creates exceptional conditions for viticulture, preventing spring frosts.
